SpotLab is pleased to announce that Damián Pérez-Taboada Stronguin has joined the team as Legal AI Associate.
Damián holds a Law Degree (LL.B.) and a Master’s Degree in Digital and Technology Law (LL.M.) from IE University. He brings expertise in AI governance, data protection, and intellectual property. At SpotLab, he will:
- Support the design of strategic agreements across the AI healthcare value chain — from model development to commercialization.
- Contribute to the establishment of AI governance and compliance frameworks aligned with global legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the development of balanced commercial contract templates addressing technological, scientific, financial, and legal dimensions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between legal frameworks, business strategy, and product objectives.
This appointment strengthens our commitment to developing AI for healthcare that is safe, compliant, and trustworthy—end to end.
