SpotLab collects some of the personal data (in particular first name, surname and e-mail address) of the users.
By entering their personal data in the optional email field on the website, users consent to the processing of their personal data by SpotLab.
The purpose of the data processing is to ensure the user the possibility to request a demo of the products and services, to subscribe to the newsletter and to contact SpotLab whenever necessary to ask for information, solve doubts or make suggestions.
SpotLab shall also use the e-mail address of those users who voluntarily provide it through the contact form available in the “Would you like to know more?”, “Contact”, “Request demo” and “Subscribe to newsletter” sections of the website, in order to deal with any requests, suggestions, complaints, demos and news that the user may send to SpotLab by this means. By submitting this form, the user consents to the processing of his/her e-mail address for the purposes described above.
How long we will keep your data?
The personal data to which access is obtained will be processed and retained for as long as the user’s consent is maintained for the purpose for which they were collected.
In the event that the personal data obtained are not necessary for the fulfilment of the above purposes, Spotlab shall keep the data, duly blocked, to be made available to the competent Public Administrations, Judges and Courts or the Public Prosecutor’s Office during the period of limitation of the actions that may arise from the relationship maintained with the user and/or the conservation periods foreseen by law.
